As an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) I’m excited to continue to improve my teaching. I want to assist pupils to achieve their full potential, this resonates with me and aligns closely with my values. With my QTS and over three years of experience in teaching a wide range of subjects, I believe that I would be a great member for any mainstream and special needs primary school.

I have demonstrated excellent classroom management skills and effectiveness in educating pupils of all learning abilities throughout my university training and school-based training (SBT). I’m always striving to improve my pupils academic performance regardless of their level of learning.

In addition to my qualifications and experience, I have pursued a career as a teacher since a young age. I appreciate the time I spend with my pupils and cherish the opportunity to prepare them for their adult lives. Each child is important to me, regardless of their background or level of learning, inclusivity is the key when teaching and ensuring that all children are provided with the appropriate guidance and support throughout their learning.
